Looks like Blossom End Rot. That happens when there's lots of moisture and humidity in the air. Try mulching them with several inches of pine straw - tomatoes love the acid in the pine straw, and it'll keep the plants dry too.Looks like that one is a goner - Rats!Nice peppers! I'm jealous!
